Dr. Prakash Kondekar has completed MD (Homoeo) in 1964, BSc (Hons) LLB Doctor of Naturopathy, 1992, Ayurved Ratna FRSH (London) Bowtech (UK). He has been Hon Director-Indian Institute of Naturopathy since 1996. He has published 30 papers-in-medical journals. Visiting Faculty, Mumbai University. Dr. K. Pani Prasad is result oriented with 24 years of experience as a Professor, researcher, scientist, extension and administration worker in areas of aquatic animal health especially in areas of development and use of disease diagnostics and control. More than 100 research publications in peer-reviewed national and international journals with high impact factor. Presently working on projects as Principal Investigators: Aquatic disease surveillance project funded by NFDB, GOI; Networking project on Fish Health funded by ICAR, New Delhi; Development of nanotechnology-based diagnostic kit for detection of Betanoda virus in fish funded by CIFE, Mumbai; Network project on AMR with special reference to aquaculture and fisheries.

Baher Effat was born October 11, 1954. He is a B. Sc. graduate in (Agric.) Animal Production from Ain Shams University (June 1976), a M. Sc. (Clean milk production) from Faculty of Agric., Ain Shams University (October 1984), a Ph.D. “Studies on Protease-Producing Psychotrophic Bacteria in Dairy Products”, Faculty of Agriculture, Ain Shms University (June 1990), and professor of Food and Dairy Microbiology, Food and Dairy Science Department, National Research Center

Sobhy El Sohaimy is presently working as Head of Department of Food Technology at City Of Scientific Research and Technological Applications. He is Chairman of the Committee of Grievances and Complaints at City Of Scientific Research and Technological Applications. His research work include Food Biochemistry, Functional Foods and Nutraceuticals, Food Safety, Antioxidants in food, Food analysis and Quality control. He has published papers in reputed journals, book chapters and served as a Chairman of more than a committee in SRTA-City.

Dr. Atin Datta is the Chief of Virulence Mechanisms Branch in the Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition in US FDA. After several years of post-doctoral research in National Institutes of Health, USA and University of Maryland, Dr. Datta joined FDA in 1986 and was in-charge of the development of DNA-based detection and sub-typing methods for Listeria monocytogenes.Dr. Datta currently serves as an Editorial Board Member Journal of Food Protection. Dr. Datta received his Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from the University of Bombay, Mumbai, India.
